Evening Run & MDW Updates!
Hi everybody!!
Memorial Day Weekend is right around the corner & what better way to kick off the long weekend than with a run followed by some drinks, good food, & good company?! Thursday evening (5/25) we will be hosting a run along the DRT at 6:15pm finishing at Other Half Brewery with the option to grab a drink and enjoy the weather before MDW plans begin! Speaking of MDW, I wanted to let everyone know that our typical Monday Endorphins Run at 7:15am on Memorial Day is a GO! Sadly, I will be out of town but our very own
MDW also means the start of summer & if you haven't heard yet, the global Endorphins community is launching a group summer series marathon training plan. The program just went live and over 100 people are signed up already, which is wild! If you're interested in the program you can read all about it HERE.
I know MDW is a very popular weekend for the Philly crowd to head down to the shore so if you will be out of town - I wish you safe travels and hope you have a wonderful & relaxing holiday weekend.
