Half marathon question ðŸ«
I am completing my first half this weekend .. and I’m super excited and feel more than ready.
My coach unfortunately under circumstances had to travel to California due to a family member passing. I am trying to keep this week communications light for him as I feel horrible.
I didn’t get a plan for this week .. I am wondering how many miles I should be putting in prior to my race and how much resting should be had
