Lower back pain

Hi all. A godsend of a chat group! I got off of a plane to New York after a seven hour flight last November and my lower back fell all jammed up. I thought I’d just been sitting funny. And I’ve had that pain ever since. Getting out of bed every morning I’m bent double like a little old woman. I finally had about three days pain-free this week and the only change I’ve made is rolling my glutes on a spiky ball an leaving it on the painful parts until
it subsides. Is it possible that tight glutes can cause lower back pain like this?
