How to pace a marathon?

Hey, I’m about to head into the week before race day. I’m aiming for a 3:03 finish time, but I am still not sure what pace strategy to go with. I have seen plans from starting 30 secs slower for the first 3 miles and then kick it to race pace. I have seen the 10 10 10 rule. The question is, what pacing strategy is best to hit the goal or new PR? (Also there’s a 1.8 mile incline at mile 22-23)
