Weekly Update 6/5 - vibes are served across the US (and world?)
Hey everyone!
A lot happening in Endorphins world this week. Yes.. I used the word world lol. I am beginning to catch wind of stories of people hanging out outside of group runs, and even people from different cities meeting up etc... and when I hear this it definitely makes me feel like we have our own little corner of the world all to ourselves. And as I think about it more.. it is a testament to how inclusive and positive everyone here is. We share the vibes with each other one mile at a timeeee! And it is so cool!
Anyways.... here is what is going down this week in Endorphins world:

Anyways.... here is what is going down this week in Endorphins world:
- Week 4 of Foundations is live! If you are in the Marathon Project check out the Foundations section to see Coach
's weekly programming update. If you haven't joined the Marathon Project... it isn't too late. You can get all the details here. If you have questions, we are hosting our 2nd informal info session where we will be hanging, talking marathons, and answering program related q's. You can RSVP to that here. - Global Running Day is on June 7th. We have runs in NYC, DC, and Boston! Letsss gett it!
- We have a group dinner on June 7th in NYC. There are a few spots left to that. You can get all the details here.
- June 8th - NYC has a prospect park morning run. Philly has a happy hour run. I am hoping to be at both. Seee uuuu there!
- June 10th - Boston has a longggg run on the schedule that will be nothing short of epic!
Tomorrow we have a community vote that is inspired by DC and their epic Ice Cream run - as pictured below. Tap in to the vote tomorrow if you like ice cream... and you like to run lol.
