Local Tracks??

Does anyone know of any tracks open to the public that are within 20-30 mins driving of center city (but not the elusive Camden track that can be spotted from the benny frank but not accessible)? Hoping to get some track work in without having to go to far 🙂 also would love some company if anyone else wants to join!
