Plantar Fasciitis?

Finished up a run yesterday morning and my right arch and heel were feeling kinda sore, took a nap and woke up to sharp pain at the bottom of the heel and around the centerline of the arch. Could barely put weight on it yesterday, woke up this morning and it’s still really sore but I can walk around on the balls of my feet.

I’ve been rolling it on a lacrosse ball, icing the heel and the calf, and running my hypervolt along the heel. Anything else I can do? How long should this take to recover?
