Treadmill vs Outside
Just hit a distance PR of 3 miles on the treadmill 🤯🤯🤯 just picked up running in January and could run more than 30 seconds before feeling like I had to stop and I just ran for 50 minutes without stopping. IM SO HYPE!!!!
I will say though I have been getting discouraged/frustrated that it hasn’t translated as well to running outside. Has anyone else struggled with this at the beginning of their running journey? Any advice?
