Hi everyone! My name is Chavonne I am a 34 yo mom of 2 that is using fitness for mental health! I live in the suburbs of Cherry Hill, NJ but I am a short drive or train ride over the bridge.

Currently I am signed up for the AC half marathon that is happening Oct 22nd. My first goal is simply completion. Secondary goal is if possible under 3 hours (3:15 is the time I put in my app). I just want to get a bit faster as I am currently what some may call a turtle pacer. 

I haven't found a favorite place to run yet other then my neighborhood. Cooper river is an easier run but mentally not my favorite. Hoping to try some new places but nervous about parking in the city for runs there.

Firecracker 5k - Haddon Heights - July 4
Philly 10k - Philly - August 27

This year I did Broad Street in April, a 5k in May, and 5k in June

Looking for any tips or encouragement. I am too nervous to actually do group runs and be back of the pack but hoping I can build pace and confidence over time. I love watching Tylers videos on Tiktok they put a smile on my face every time
