Legs feel SO Tired going into Marathon Training
Hi all!
I’m going to be running my first marathon in October. I’ve ran four half’s; all sub 2 with a PR of 1:48:12. Something that I have found kind of bizarre lately is that I can’t seem to run longer than 30 mins without stopping since my last half which was June 4th. This will happen even on my easy runs at like a 10 min pace. At two or three miles my legs just feel like they are filled with lactic acid. Does anyone have any tips on how to fix this fast or why this may be happening?
