Tingling on top of right foot?

Hi! So in the past two days, I've had a weird tingling sensation on the top of my right foot. It doesn't hurt, it just feels uncomfortable. I've never had this before so I'm wondering if anyone has experienced this before and what I can do about it? Thank you!
