Mild tendinitis

Hey there! I have what seems to be some mild posterior tibial tendinitis in my right ankle (I saw my PT at Spear today, and they confirmed that it's likely this, and any sort of stress fracture).

I have a bunch of exercises to do, as well as a reminder to be way more vigilant about foam rolling my very tight calves and quads, but I'm trying to figure out how much running is or isn't appropriate. (Right now, when I go for a steady-state run, the pain doesn't get any worse—mostly just dull and achey, probably about a 4.5/5 out of 10.) 

I'm training for Berlin, so want to get ahead of this to prevent it from getting in the way of my marathon!
