I am so beyond hype for our Sunrise Run powered by Brooks tomorrow morning. This will be such an amazing experiential long run and I can't wait to share the vibes with those who are planning on coming out for it.

I am so beyond hype for our Sunrise Run powered by Brooks tomorrow morning. This will be such an amazing experiential long run and I can't wait to share the vibes with those who are planning on coming out for it.

Here are more details for what to expect tomorrow morning.
- Start Time - The run starts at 5:15AM on the dot. We are usually very punctual. Please try to be there around 5AM so you don't get left behind!
- Hats - Brooks has been extremely generous and has gifted 100+ hats for people that show up. Right now, the event says 200+ attendees (LETS GOOO), the hats will be given out on a first come first serve basis.
- Route - you can see the route here. It nets out to between 8 and 9 miles.
- Coffee - anyone who participates will be treated with free coffee thanks to Brooks! We will be ending the run at Cafe Lyria in Noho.
- Brooks Social Media - Brooks is going to feature this run on their social pages. If you want to be featured, I will be distributing a google drive link to everyone after the run where you can submit your own clips. We will then compile them all and mash them together into a fun video.
- Vibes - bring them if you got them.
- Rain - we run... rain or shine... honestly all of our rain runs are 10x more electric. IYKYK!!!
