ENDORPHINS x BROOKS

Hello NYC! It was an absolute privilege to be able to photograph your run this morning in NYC with Brooks. Often times, when these things come to an end and i look back through the photographs, i find myself pausing thinking about the things i hear during these runs while tagging along on a bike. Floating between different segments of the group trying to capture the day, i have the chance to hear so many little moments that make my heart jump. For example the person this morning who said to a friend "I never run in the rain, but now I don't know what I was so afraid of!" it might seem like such a little thing in the moment but i think its what makes these sort of things as beautiful as they are. With photography or videos i often tell myself, the settings outside of my control, ie; the weather, the rain, the clouds, often dictate the mood of the images. For this day, this recipe is no different. A morning that started off dark & gloomy under moody blue skies, ended with the rain leaving, just in time for warm vibes at cafe lyria. i tried my best to capture that same feeling in this set so as you swipe through i hope you feel this sense of cool & moody at the start to warm by the end. they might just be photos to you but to me they're a story. they're YOUR STORY. idk, maybe thats all a little silly but its just where my head is at and its what you'll find inside this link. I believe it may have been sent to you via click but just in case i thought id pass it along here. A vast majority of these images are at their "as shot" 2x3 ratio so feel free to do whatever you want with them. social media, linkedin, data profiles, whatever! they're of you, so they're for you. but if any of you send them to your family group chats, that's the real win. ok sorry for the journal entry like i'm away at sea penning a letter to their family. but.. at the end of the day.. isn't that what Endorphins kinda is? ok talk soon.
