Wednesday CP Run Update
Hey friends! Little update on our usual Wednesday CP Run. Marathon training calls for hills so I've modified the run to fit that (details here and also below), but wanted to emphasize that even if you aren't in the marathon training program / aren't training for anything, truly anybody is welcome! Even if you want to come and do no hills, one hill, or a thousand hills - I would LOVE to see you there!

Workout: ~1mile warm up; 6-8 hill repeats at Lactic Threshold* with walking recovery; ~2mile cooldown
Route: Head up the eastside of CP on our usual route, stopping at the Boathouse. We'll do repeats on the Cat Hill, regroup, then cross over the bottom of the reservoir and back down the westside towards the fountain/meeting place for our cooldown.
*For anybody not in the marathon training program, this is close to your Half Marathon pace
