4th of July - Hot Dog Mile & Dog Dash

NYC crew - if you are in the City on the 4th and are looking for a way to kick start the day, I've got you!

I am co-hosting a run with AS IS (50th & 10th in Hells Kitchen) - 1 mile Race/Run/Walk or 400m Dog Dash on the WSH with a post event hotdog cookout from AS IS.

You can also just come and hang out and pet the dogs!
