Sciatica

Hello! I’ve been dealing with hip pain for this majority of this year, chasing the pain/issue as it moved around my groin, flute and hip. When I worked with a physical therapist, she said it was a mix of glute tendinitis, hip joint pain, IT band tightness, and maybe some tightness in my back. That said, one of the symptoms I got sometimes was burning sensation that was apparently pinched sciatic nerve. Though I’ve gotten over most of this injury, it naturally flared up as I ramped up mileage last two weeks, and today I had that sciatic burning sensation again. I’m wondering if there are specific exercises or treatments to relieve pressure on the nerve? I have the hip durability program from Blake, but looking to target this specific symptom. Thanks!!
