Training for a half??
Is anyone training for a half and want to talk more about it / connect on Strava??? Obviously I’m here because I bring Big 26.2 Energy but in reality I’m training very diligently to run the St. George half in October. It’ll be my first long-ish race in a while and I’m trying to be reasonable!! Anywho let me know and godspeed to everyone on your summer miles (it was 100 degrees in KC today help). 😎🤪🎉
