Rolled Ankle

Hi!! I probably roll my ankle 2 times a year where it bounces back right after the roll and i can walk or run on it even if it is weak.

Every two years or so i mix in a pretty good roll where the ankle is huge and bruised and i can’t walk on it for two weeks.

I recently rolled it again (can walk and run) but clearly the ankle is really weak and ive never done any kind of PT or strength for it. I can feel it only getting weaker as I continue to roll it lol (makes sense) so am wondering if anyone has any PT recommendations?
