IT Band Syndrome or Shin Splints?
Over the past few weeks I've started to have pain below my knee towards the outside. Seems to be right on or around the bone. The pain is consistent but takes about a mile to subside while running. Since I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, I'm having a hard time figuring out what to roll out and exercises/stretches to do. Any advice would be great!
PS: I run in Nike Structure mostly and trained in them for my marathon last year with no injuries
