Back to back marathons
Hey guys,
So I’m running Berlin and then doing the marine corp 50k about 5 weeks later. Any tips for training in between that? I’ve done this before and kept things light between the two races, but I had a hard time recovering after the second one (it was a gruelling, freezing cold winter marathon) so any tips would be mucho appreciated 😊
