Legs getting heavy
Feels like my legs are fatiguing on my easy and long runs after 30-40min. I start off feeling light and smooth then feel like I break down - form and feel heavy.
For context, current mileage isn’t anything I haven’t done before, on week 4 of a marathon block, and I strength train about 3 times a week but focus on low reps heavy weight.
Am I lacking some muscular endurance or do I just have to be patient as I get deeper into marathon training?
