Treatment for early signs of plantar fasciitis

What are some good stretches / physical therapy workouts to work through early signs of plantar fasciitis? I’d love to be able to work through it and continue training. Feet have been hurting for a few days. Ordered new everyday non-running shoes that will hopefully help walking around nyc. Mileage is at 25-30 / week in preparation for the nyc marathon.
