Hi! Gold Coast Run Club is meeting at 6:15 am at Castaways tomorrow. About 4.5 mi to Friday Morning Swim Club, then Divvy back 🚴. I’ll be running with my floaty belt & jumping into the lake. Feel free to join! Between 9:30 & 10ish pace
