Adductor Pain

Hi! I’ve had a somewhat persistent but not too intense pain in my left adductor for about 3 weeks now. It’s not always there and it doesn’t always hurt when running but I don’t know if I should stop and completely rest or if it is okay to train. The pain is like a 2 or 3 out of 10 so I can still run etc.

I have rested for about 4 days a in a row and it’s still there but less intense.

Any tips ?!
