Groin pain
Hi everyone!
I’ve been recently ramping up my training as I’m set to do the Berlin Marathon 9/24, and ever since I did a half back on 6/28 I’ve started to get some decent pain from my groin to inner thigh. I do about 20-25 miles per week and usually 5 miles per day, and I’ve noticed that once I hit that mile 4 mile 5 mark that pain always shows up and slows me down. Should add I’m a fairly new runner, started training in mid January, so I’m curious thoughts on treatment, ways to avoid this from happening, but also staying consistent with only 2.5 months left until the race.
