Weekly Tuesday morning slow runs in Prospect Park
Hey folks. Fresh off my first sprint triathlon and I’m back doing zone 2 training (heart rate based workouts) to try to improve my endurance and speed for the next one. I’m in Park Slope and running in Prospect Paek alone in the morning has been suuuuuuper boring. I’m doing about an 11-13 minute mile (to hit my zone 2 heart rate) for an hour to two hours and would love some company for all or part of the run for those that are doing a similar speed or zone 2 training also. Am flexible but was thinking of starting any time between 6.45-7.30am to 8am-9am but happy to accommodate if it means getting more people out. LMK if you’re interested!
