Hi everyone!

My name is Jess, I’m 23, and just moved to Hoboken in June! I work from home full time but have a super easy commute to the city, so I’m looking forward to coming in for some runs!

I was a track runner (sprinter) in high school and then in college starting running longer distances on and off. Now I’m much more consistent with it—my sweet spot is 5-7 miles, but I ran my first half marathon back in April!

I’m also looking to find a balance between lifting & running, so if anyone else lifts and has some advice, let me know.
