FREE PARTY (8/8) - Roosevelt Island Runners Anniversary

If you’ve ever wanted an excuse to run the Roosevelt Island loop, this is it. On Tuesday August 8th, the Roosevelt Island Runners are celebrating their first anniversary with a free open food/bar at The Sanctuary (851 Main St).

The group meets weekly on Tuesdays @ 7 PM starting from Eleanor’s Pier, and is super pace-friendly and super welcoming to everyone. The club usually sees 30-50 runners on any given Tuesday, but the event coordinator for the party said there’s capacity for up to 1,000 (!!) so all are welcome to come out celebrate!
