Shin issues
Hi everyone! Sometimes on my runs, the outside of my right shin gets incredibly tight and almost burns. It feels as though it’s going to burst. Thought it might be shin splints but read that was on the inside?
I try and do some calf raises, rotate my foot and stretch it out as best I can but it’s getting worse.
Any advice?
