Another Saturday Long Run

Whether you are sweating out a Friday night or hitting marathon training we will be doing another long run in the morning tomorrow. Plan is to meet at Chicago History Museum again but at 7am this week! We will do ~12 as a group around a 9:30-10ish minute pace. You can pencil me in for a lake jump after so I will do my best to peer pressure anyone I can. See everyone in the morning!
