Personalized plan

Hi all!

I just had to pause my training for 2 weeks after an emergency surgery. I can resume running tomorrow but still no strength training for another 4 weeks.

I’m thinking I might rather hire a coach to make me a plan with running 5 days a week until I can resume strength and my boot camps then have the plan tweaked to go down to 3/4 days.

I don’t know where to start finding a coach. I also am hoping to find someone reasonably priced. Any suggestions for someone you used and loved with good pricing? Or any coaches here want to drop their info for me to check out.
