Tightness in Calf/Achilles area

Hello, the last few days I’ve had some tightness in my lower calf/ Achilles area and I want to get ahead of this before it turns into anything potentially series. Seems the tightness is more so felt after running but wanted to see if there were any specific exercises/stretches I should focus on over the next few weeks. I did just get a new pair of shoes with more cushion for extra support on my long runs so maybe the new shoe is the issue here? I’ve been icing the area a bunch and trying to foam roll my calf carefully but if anyone has any helpful information please feel free to share!
