Berlin Marathon Octoberfest House?

Anyone else doing the Berlin Marathon going to Octoberfest the weekend after? Some friends and I recently booked a house and we have three spots available! It’s Thursday to Sunday (Sept. 28 - Oct. 1) for $363 total pp. It’s a great price for that weekend, a perfect distance from all the festivities, and is a great group of 9 people.
