Foot pain???

For a little more than a month I’ve been experiencing some foot pain. It kinda feels like the ball of my foot is almost bruised but over time has moved into the arch as well. I feel it most when I flex my foot or point my toes. I originally thought I bruised my foot from running on random terrain such as cobble stone streets but the pain seems to be increasing/not going away… could this be an over use issue, shoe issue, over pronation??? I’ve started icing it and it’s definitely feeling better just looking for some guidance. Thanks!
