Racing and still following marathon training!

Hi there! I am running the Falmouth road race on Sunday! And simultaneously training for a marathon in October - I have 13 miles for a long run this week. I was wondering if I should shorten this long run even more to rest up for the road race on Sunday or keep my mileage as is? I’d like to run the 7 miles under 1 hour so I will definitely be pushing hard on race day. Any thoughts and opinions would be so helpful!
