My friend Sofia, amazing yoga teacher & general manager at Sui Yoga, is hosting a yoga class tailored for us runners (yay!). I've been going most Sundays for recovery & stretching and it's helped me so so much. The studio has full amenities available (showers, bathrooms...) and a cafe with smoothies for after class. There's going to be yoga mats & towels available for rent, but you can also bring your own.
