Foot pain

Hi there!!

I’ve had plantar fasciitis in my feet for about 1.5 years now. I rested it for a while but never gave up running entirely, just significantly reduced my mileage and wasn’t as consistent as I used to be. The pain is finally starting to go away and I want to get back into a consistent running routine but I’m scared of bringing the injury back. Any particular suggestions for shoes or daily exercises I should be doing to help prevent reinjury?
