Strained Hamstring
Hi, I felt a pop in my hamstring during my last speed interval today and since then there’s a constant dull pain. I know RICE is the best course of treatment here but I am wondering if there is anything I can do in the meantime to keep my fitness up? How long should I stay off of it before doing a slow jog to see how it feels? any other recommendations like rolling/stretching? I am running the NYC marathon in November. Thank you in advance!
