Pain in hip and shin
I’ve been tweaking my marathon plan for the last 2 weeks when I was feeling run down. I’ve been able to finish my long runs but now during the week I have to bike to try and recover by my next long runs. I have bad right hip pain and left inner shin pain. Is it best to take a whole week off everything? I’m 10 weeks out from NYC and am nervous about continually adjusting my plan but running seems like a bad idea right now
