when to rest w ankle/shin pain
Hi! I have been experience some more calf and shin pain than normal as my training plan progresses, specifically at the point where my shin meets my ankle. I’ve been doing some research on the tibalis anterior tendon (which is my best guess as to the spot of pain) and some exercises for that, but wanted to see if anyone else has ideas, or has experienced this. I’m of course open to taking rest days as well if that’s worked for others. Thanks!
