Hamstring Pain
Did a mini weight session after yesterdays marathon training session with pickups.
Went straight into some weighted side lunges and after a few reps my hamstring felt like it cramped so I eased up and stopped.
This was yesterday around 5 pm. I was able to walk it off, then realized the cramp feeling/tenderness persisted into last night / this morning.
Curious on how to know the difference between a strain, tear and cramp? Is it possible this is just a very persistent cramp? (Hopefully) how should I approach this?
