What’s up DC running fam. Jeb here- new to the group but not to running. I am located in Shaw/Logan Circle in DC. I am both a triathlete and runner (1× 140.6, 4x Marathon). Currently training for Waterman’s Olympic tri end of this month and Norfolk Harbor Half with a PR goal of sub 1:40. I love running East Potomac Park, the mall and Mt. Vernon Trail. Rock Creek and I have a love hate after the most recent marathon prep for Miami last winter. Strava link and IG below- looking forward to getting out to some group runs soon.
