posterior tibial tendonitis
Hi! I’m training for the NYC marathon but just started dealing with some posterior tibial tendonitis. I saw a podiatrist and have been wearing an ankle brace and icing 3-4 times a day but still dealing with pain during runs. The pain is manageable during the runs but is more intense after until icing. I’m trying to figure out if running is hurting it more or not and if/how I should be adjusting my training plan. Any suggestions are very appreciated!
