Hey everyone!! My name is Josh, I’m from the Baltimore, MD area. I’m new to running even though I’ve done CrossFit for 5 years, I am not a good runner at all… My running goal(s) are to run a half marathon in the next 6-8 months, a marathon in a year, then a ultra within the next 24-30 months. I really just want to be the best endurance athlete I can become.

My favorite place to run is around water so for me it is Centennial Lake or bike paths in nice green areas. I don’t have any races coming up. The only race I have participated in was a 5k for Suicide Prevention after my brother passed away.

A funny memory with running is when I was a kid I thought I was gonna smoke my dad in a 5k because he was in his 40’s at the time. Let’s just say I couldn’t have been more wrong.
