Weekly Update 9/5 - welcome Austin! + merch update + Community Vote tomorrow!

Hellooo everyone!

I hope everybody enjoyed their LDW! Andddd! welcome to our 500+ new Endorphins members from across the US! The vibes are certainly being felt from our 6 Endorphins cities. Seeing all the social media posts from the 14 runs we hosted this past week has me inspired to say the least! also lol… 14 runs… that is insane to think about.

WELCOME TO OUR NEW AUSTIN friends! The energy in Austin is unmatched and we are stoked to have you all in our global community!

Since we do have so many new members, I am going to take a brief second to inform everyone on what you can expect from Endorphins and our growing community!

The Mission

The mission of Endorphins is to spread positivity and happiness through movement and exercise. It is simple. We aim to create an inclusive space for people that share similar interests to be able to come together and get some miles in together! If you are a regular at one of our runs, you know the drill… when you see a new face… it is cool to say whats up! This typically makes for a super friendly environment at all of our runs!

Why do we run on Mondays?

Every Monday morning we run!!! In 6 cities (more coming sooon)!!! The idea here is that we start the week off on a high and let that positive energy carry throughout the week! Mondays are notoriously known as the most dreaded day of the week… and as a collective unit we are redefining that narrative. Also - despite being in different cities we all run on Monday… together. This is a powerful feeling knowing there is an army of Endorphins members running with you all across the country!

Community Votes

Endorphins is community lead. Through and through. Lol I feel like a lot of brands say that… but it hardly ever is the case. We have monthly community votes where we ask the community questions and then take the feedback and do our best to implement it. Simple but powerful. Additionally, each city has one off city specific votes to ensure each of our chapters is being purpose built for the city itself!

We have our next community vote tomorrow. It is one question long! Stay tuned for that!

Circle

We have a global space where all of our members from across the world can interact with one another via our running q/a, ask a PT, or ask a coach space. Additionally we have a product recommendations space where we can all help each other get the best recs on running specific products.

On top of the global space, we have city specific spaces where you can introduce yourself, see upcoming runs and more!

NOTIFICATIONS

You can easily change your notification preferences if you go here. My recommendation would be to keep them on for Announcements and Group Run updates!

APP

You can access Circle via iOS and android app as well. This interface is pretty clean and makes for a better user experience. You can download iOS here and Android here

Merch Update

The good news first. We got some samples and they are awesome!! The sad news is the manufacturer we were working with went out of business…. so we are back to the drawing board. I will keep everyone posted on this front and hopefully we can get some answers for you all soon!
