Which workouts should I prioritize?

Hi! I’m running Chicago in September. On Saturday 9/2 I completed my 20 mile long run. Unfortunately Saturday night I came down with the stomach bug which caused me to miss workouts on Monday and Tuesday.

Normally I would just make up the mileage later in the week, but on Friday I’m moving out of state and will be driving all day Friday, Saturday and part of Sunday. I was hoping to front load my workouts this week to take Friday-Sunday off, but the stomach bug has prevented that from happening.

I feel like I’m in an okay place to go for a run today but don’t want to push myself too hard. Should I give todays speed workout a shot, or stick with a 30-50 minute run? Additionally, is there value in completing my long run (18-20 miles) on Monday (because I’m moving Friday-Sunday), or will that bleed into next weeks workouts too much?
