Left Glute Pain

Hi! I have been having pain in my left glute (not so painful that I can’t sit or walk, but it is definitely always there). I was feeling it a bit in my lower back, but more recently, I’ve been feeling it more in my thigh and glute.

I’m not sure if it is just muscle tightness? Or if there’s something else going on. It first started when I did a 10 mile run, and as I have kept doing longer runs, it has persisted.

I’m wondering if the cause is muscle weakness or tightness, if I should stop running to let it heal, and if there are stretches or exercises I should be doing for this.
