Zone 2 training Plateau
Hi!! I’ve been practicing running in my zone 2 HR zone for the past 3-4 months. I’m now able to jog at a stead 11:10-11:30 min/mi pace without stopping to walk but I feel like I’ve plateaued at this pace for the past 2.5 months… are there workouts I should be incorporating to see more improvements? Or am I just being impatient?😂🤦🏻♀️
