First Half
I’ve been training for my first half marathon on November 5th and my long runs are usually 9:30-10:30 in pace, and generally about 10-13 miles. I can do 3-4 miles at around an 8:30 pace, and I’d love to get faster and make this closer to my long run/race pace, but I feel like I’m plateauing. Does anyone have any advice for getting any faster in the last 6 weeks before a race?
